The origin of avonté is in Portugal. This is our happy place where we spend a lot of time. That's why we produce all of our products with local partners in Portugal.

We have made it our mission to return leftover fabrics from the textile industry into the production cycle. Our approach is based on using existing resources responsibly. For this reason, we only use carefully selected industrial waste for our products and avoid the resource-intensive production of new materials.

We are Pia and Marlene and we are friends and colleagues.

We met in the fashion industry in 2017 and worked together as a team in a fashion company for several years.

During this time we traveled together to Portugal and became aware of the problem of deadstock. This issue touched us deeply, and so we decided to take active action against it together. 2023 founded avonté based on this motivation.

We offer the following payment options: Payment via Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.

Our payment options are processed via external service providers. All of our payment service providers work with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and to enable a smooth and worry-free payment process.

In the shopping cart where your selected products are located, you will find a field labeled “Gift Voucher.” Here you can enter the voucher code and use it to make the payment.

The environment is important to us. Therefore, as standard, we ship all of our products in plastic-free packaging and CO2 neutrally with DHL GoGreen.

We usually process your order within 2 working days. After your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, it usually takes 1-3 working days for it to arrive in Germany. Shipping abroad may take a little longer.

Within Germany there is a shipping fee of € 5.90 for every order. From a shopping cart value of € 150, we offer free shipping.

Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price.

1. Log in to your account: Enter your e-mail address in the 'E-mail' field and then click 'Continue'.

2. In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent by our store and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the e-mail.

3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

4. Click on the order for which you want to send the return.

5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.

6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. Click 'Request Return'.

7. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label from us.

After we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund less the return costs will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase.

At the moment we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like your product in a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

You will find a separate measurement table for each product under the product photos. Simply compare the measurements from the table with a similar item of clothing that you already own.

However, occasionally in rare cases there are additional meters of the same fabric, allowing us to reproduce. In addition, we are continually looking for additional suitable leftover materials to offer our existing designs in new colors and patterns. So it's worth checking our website from time to time.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all sweepstakes conducted by WEDODIFFERENT UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Linzerstraße 38, 50939 Cologne (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). By participating, every participant accepts these terms and conditions. This sweepstakes is in no way affiliated with Instagram. It is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram in any way and does not create any legal claims against Instagram. All information regarding this sweepstakes is provided exclusively by the Organizer.

2. Participation

2.1 Any natural person aged 18 or over is eligible to participate in their own name. Participants who have reached the age of sixteen but are not yet of legal age may only participate with the consent of their legal guardians.

2.2 Minors under 16 years of age and persons lacking legal capacity are excluded from participation.

2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation who violate these terms and conditions or who obtain or attempt to obtain an advantage over other participants through inadmissible influence or manipulation of the sweepstakes. In such cases, the Organizer may also retrospectively exclude participants from the sweepstakes, revoke prizes, and demand their return.

2.4 Participation is only possible within the period specified in the sweepstakes description. Each participant may only participate once in an identical sweepstakes.

2.5 Employees of the sweepstakes organizer, as well as employees of the companies involved in this sweepstakes and their direct relatives, are excluded from participation.

2.6 Persons residing in the EU are eligible to participate.

3. Execution of the Sweepstakes

3.1 The prerequisite for participation in the sweepstakes is a comment on the Organizer's Instagram presence or the re-posting of a photo on Instagram. The specific action to be taken can be found directly on the sweepstakes participation page. Should further requirements for participation in the sweepstakes be necessary, this will be communicated directly at the point of participation. The sweepstakes will be conducted within the specified period. All participants who meet the requirements specified in Sections 2 and 3 by the respective draw date will be considered for the sweepstakes. Immediately after the end of the participation period, the winner will be drawn at random from among the participants.

3.2 A change or cash payment of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable.

4. Prize Handling

4.1 The winner will be notified by email or electronically (via Instagram Direct Message) by the Organizer. With regard to the prize, each notified participant is obliged to inform the Organizer within one month of sending the notification whether they accept the prize. If the Organizer does not receive a corresponding message within this period, the possibility of accepting the prize expires, and the Organizer reserves the right to determine another participant and notify them accordingly.

4.2 Should the contact details provided by the participant be incorrect (e.g., email address), the Organizer is not obliged to ascertain the correct data. The disadvantages arising from the provision of incorrect contact details (e.g., incorrect email address) shall be borne by the participant.

5. Liability for Defects

The Organizer is only liable for damages incurred by the winner due to material and/or legal defects in cases of malice, intent, or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability for material and/or legal defects is excluded.

6. Premature Termination, Adjustment, or Modification of the Sweepstakes

The Organizer is entitled to terminate, adjust, or modify the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, if the proper execution of the sweepstakes cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons without corresponding measures.

7. Data Protection

7.1 The Organizer uses the data of the participants obtained during participation in the sweepstakes for the execution and handling of the sweepstakes. You can object to the storage and use of your data for this purpose at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below.

7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to announce the winner's name on a sweepstakes page, provided the winner has not objected to this.

7.3 Upon written request to the Organizer, the participant will be informed about the data stored about their person and has the opportunity to correct this data.

8. Intellectual Property/Rights of Use/Indemnification Agreement

8.1 The participant assures that all images published by them do not infringe the rights of third parties and that the participant alone is entitled to dispose of the rights to the published images without restriction and free from the rights of third parties. The participant further declares that they have not made and will not make any disposition of the rights contrary to these terms of use.

8.2 The participant grants the Organizer a temporally and spatially unlimited, simple right of use for all types of use regarding the published images for publication on the Instagram page, the Facebook page, and this website. Furthermore, the Organizer is granted the right to grant simple sublicenses. Moreover, the Organizer is granted a right to edit the images submitted by the participant, which entitles the Organizer to edit and/or rearrange the submission using analog, digital, or other editing options while respecting copyright.

8.3 If the participant infringes the copyrights, industrial property rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of a third party, the participant undertakes to fully indemnify the Organizer from all legitimate claims of the third party arising from the infringement. The participant is also obliged to bear the costs of the necessary legal defense, including all court and attorney fees; this does not apply if the infringement is not attributable to the participant.

9. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to all legal relationships between the parties. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as the granted protection is not withdrawn by mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
