As a Founders Associate (m/f/d) intern at avonté, you won’t just be watching from the sidelines - you’ll be right in the middle of things: working directly with us, the founders, supporting exciting projects and gaining a true 360° insight into the world of a young start-up.

We offer this internship as a mandatory internship for students who would like to gain practical experience as part of their studies. If you’re excited to become part of our journey and help us further develop sustainable pyjamas & loungewear, we’d love to hear from you!

Your tasks:

• Develop, plan and implement social media activities – from content ideas to reporting
• Be part of our next photo shoot, supporting planning and organization
• Help us bring our upcoming pop-up store to life
• Support the fabric selection and design process of our upcoming collection and contribute your ideas
• Conduct trend research and market analyses
• Contribute to a variety of projects and organizational tasks

What you bring:

• You are studying Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field and are looking for a mandatory internship as part of your studies
• You are organized, structured, and enjoy taking responsibility for your own projects
• Initial practical experience in marketing, project management, or social media is a plus
• You have a hands-on mentality, enjoy contributing ideas, and like to get things done
• A passion for fashion, sustainability, and entrepreneurship completes your profile
