The environment is important to us. That's why we ship all our products in plastic-free packaging and CO2 neutral with DHL GoGreen as standard.

We ship orders to the following countries:

Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

General information on returns

We charge €6.90 for returns.

Returns are free of charge if we have sent the wrong item or the wrong size by mistake or if your product has arrived damaged.

General information on exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like your product in a different size or color, please return it and  place a new order.

This is how you return an item

Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Also make sure that the hangtag has not been removed. Thank you for your cooperation!

You have the right to return your order within fourteen days from the day the goods were delivered to you.

1. Log in to your account: Enter your e-mail address in the 'E-mail' field and then click 'Continue'.

2. In your e-mail account, open the e-mail sent by our store and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the e-mail.

3. Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

4. Click on the order for which you want to send the return.

5. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.

6. Select a reason for return and add a note for the store.

7. Click on 'Request return'.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund will be made within 14 working days of receipt of the return, less return costs. The refund will be made to the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Please keep in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that promote climate change. We recommend that you choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary returns.
